• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, project location, scope, timeline, budget range, and any plans, photos, or documents you upload with an inquiry.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working properly.
• Account information: if you are a CORE team member, the email address used to sign in to the project administration area.

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• Prepare scopes, schedules, and proposals.
• Maintain internal project records and communicate during construction.
• Operate, secure, and improve this website.
• Meet legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations.

We share information only as needed to do the work: with our team, and where relevant to your project, with architects, engineers, trade partners, suppliers, and service providers who host our website and database. These parties may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We never sell or rent your information to advertisers.

The site uses only the storage necessary to keep it functioning and to keep signed-in team members authenticated. We do not use advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Inquiries and project records are kept as long as needed for the project relationship and for the period required by contract, warranty, insurance, and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or archived securely.

Inquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, and administrative areas are restricted to authenticated CORE staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data such as Social Security or full financial account numbers through the website forms.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we honor those requests where they apply.

By submitting an inquiry you consent to receive project-related calls, texts, and emails from CORE. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text or contact us to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about an active project.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
