The Vision
The clinic needed a professional, quiet, and easy-to-navigate space: private exam rooms, a clean reception area, and finished corridors that put patients at ease the moment they walk in.
The Challenge
Renovating a working clinic shell meant coordinating framing, electrical, HVAC, and finish trades on a tight interior schedule — keeping every phase aligned so the finish work landed clean.
The Build
CORE delivered the space as one coordinated renovation: new interior partitions, a finished ceiling grid with integrated lighting, custom black-framed doors and trim, carpet tile throughout, and built-in reception and exam-room finishes.
The Result
A finished hearing clinic with private exam rooms, a reception area, and finished corridors — ready for patients and daily clinical use.
